Error opening manufacturing app main mashup

I have installed Manufacturing Apps 8.4 on Thingwox 8.4.2-b2151 and I was able to configure the first industrial connector using the Welcome organization.

Now I am getting a blank page when I try to connect to the PTC.FactoryConsole and the following error in the application log:

 

[message: Unable to Invoke Service QueryDataTableEntriesLocalized on PTC.FactoryConsole.DataTable : Invalid format: "permanent"]

What could it be?

Hi @rafuz ,

 

It seems there is a conflict between manufacturing apps and utilities tiles.

Can you please uncheck/set the values to false of PTC.BusinessProcessEditor and PTC.BusinessProcessManager TileMashuporURL from PTC.FactoryConsole.DataTable or any custom datatable if you are using.

This will hide tiles from manufacturing console. If you want to use this you can use PTC.ConvergeConsole mashup as these are part of this.

Hi @rafuz,

 

Looking at the error seems like an issue with the license file.

Can you re-download and apply the license file again. Make sure to clear browser cache also.

 

If the issue still persists please share application logs, license file, thingworx and manufacturing apps version details.

I have already tried to reapply the license but I had no success.

This is something interesting logged when I reloaded the license file:
