Annotation Module needs additional GD&T capabilities to honor ISO 1101:2017

The GD&T command supports only parts of the symbols and methods necessary to enter correct GD&T definitions according to ISO 1101:2017.

Although it would be better, if those definitions could by transferred only on electronic ways between the different systems (model based), there is still the paperwork and red tape, which needs complete drawings in order to define the products in a legally waterproof manner.
