CEDM interface language

Hi~

 

My win 10 OS is not in English,and opening CEDM 19.0 from the Start menu  the interface is in English.

When I double-click the * .pkg file to open the program, the interface is follow the language of OS.

How to set double-click * .pkg file to open it is also English interface?

It's solved to create a system variable named SDLANG with a variable value of ENG.
