Creo elements direct, problems with graphics driver

I use Creo Elements Direct 3D-access V18.1 on my notebook Acer spin 7
Processor: Intel® Core™ i7-7Y75 with integrated Intel® HD Graphics 615
Everything worked fine.
Then came the Windows update to 1803.
Windows update installed the graphics driver V23.20.16.4901.
Creo Elements worked, but I had permanent bluescreens due to memory corruption by the graphics driver.
Acer support recommended that I install the latest driver version 24.20.100.6025, which I did.
Since then the notebook runs stable, but Creo elements doesn't work anymore.
Error messages:
First: 'vport 1' frozen due to graphics error!
Then: Action failed, create_vp/Signal/sigsegv
Reinstallation did not help
request for help

    You can use the Case Logger tool on PTC's eSupport Portal to open Technical Support case: https://support.ptc.com/apps/case_logger_viewer/auth/ssl/log

    I put the Environment variable(System).

    SDPIXELFORMAT=SOFTWARE
