Hello, is it possible to download the training from ELearning?

If you are asking about the eLearning platform https://enterprise.ptcu.com/, there is no option to download trainings from this site.
However, if you are asking about the new eLearning platform trainingcentral.ptcu.com, you can check with the team directly by sending an email to TrainingCentral@ptc.com.
