If you reply to a topic and the go up one level and refresh the screen (i.e. https://community.ptc.com/t5/Creo-Parametric/ct-p/creoparametric) the reply show up as an unread reply (or new reply - green). If I am the one who posted it, why isn't it read already. I just left that page.
We recently heard back from Khoros that this is a known issue and they have a bug ticket in with their engineering team. So, hopefully we will see a fix for this soon.
