I've tried on several emails, but everything looks normal for me. Have you tried reply by email from any other email notifications? I'm wondering if it is an isolated incident or happening for you every time.

@AndrewK Thanks for checking. I recreated the issue but it has to do with my settings and workflow and not anything to do with the community or email format.
