2014 FRC KOP - CIM Motor Coolers

This year's FRC KOP comes with (2) new items. Just in case anyone is looking for them, they are not in the PTC CAD KOP yet. I'm hoping to find them in my team's KOP tonight and start working on them ASAP.

09-JAN-2014: Updated mabuchimotor w/PTC_COMMON_NAME and added -3 of hx0k-012_small.asm w/no motor.

    Wow, we've been so busy prototyping shooters that I haven't even had the opportunity to go through the KOP yet. It will be interesting to see if the cooling technology reduces failures in motors.
