I am the Project Manager for an RWDC team, located in Pleasanton, California. I am getting ready to submit our journal, however, I'm not sure who to send it to. Our state has no state coordinator, but last year I sent the journal to Mr. Anthony Coppola, who I realize is no longer with the challenge. I was wondering where I need to send the journal to, in order to submit it successfully.
