2017 FTC Field files cannot be retrieved

Thanks for posting the Relic Recovery CAD models! However, when we try open them in Creo 3 (M110), we get a "files cannot be retrieved" error.

 

I'm guessing the problem is either:

  1. Files were written with Creo 4.0, and can't be read by Creo 3.0
  2. Files were inadvertently written with non-academic version of Creo and can't be read by an academic version

I opened a couple of files in Notepad++ and realized that they are saved in Creo Parametric 4.0 M020.

Ah, thanks! I guess that's a motivation to upgrade. We did download the STEP files directly from AndyMark, but we always enjoy the clean-up work the good folks at PTC Academic have done in the past. We'll look into upgrading to Creo 4.0.
