Academic Creo 3.0 Manufacturing not starting

Hello everyone,

I installed the Academic version of Creo 3.0 and I want to make a CAM file, but when I got to New, Manufacturing, NC Assembly, choose name and press OK, nothing happens. Is it an issue with the academic licence.
