Anyone able to help with re-licencing Creo3?

I've been through the threads on the forum, requested an updated license and downloaded and re-installed Creo.  I have had an automated acknowledgment but with no license in the space provided.  What  do i need to do?  Will I have the same problem with the classroom computers next month?
