CREO Parametic wont start

After starting the Programm i am getting the "License request failed for feature" Error. Wfter pressing OK to close the ERROR i get the notifivation that AFX wasn't able to load and after that IFX is not able to load. After pressing OK on all those 3 ERROR Messages the Programm closes.
I followed all the steps for the installation with the license code: BK700908EDSTUDENTEDUNI

Is there a solution for my problem so that i can use the programm how it should work?

if you upload your license file and parametric.psf file, I can probably help you.

Where can i find the licence file? If it is the file i got via mail, i cant upload that file. 

 

I can not upload the parametic.pfs file here, It tells me that .psf is not supportet and that the file type is not supportet tp upload.

Hi,

if you can upload any file format, please put it into zip file and upload zip file.

License file is saved into C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory and sent via email.
