Can't open startupschool.exe, help?

I copied The file which had everything that I downloaded from the WIN DVD 32 into my desktop, but when I try to open startup school.exe from it, nothing happens

    Joshua,

    maybe, your Windows are 64-bit and school.exe is not compatible with such environment.
