College Installation License Issue

I cannot obtain a license for my university's copy of Creo. The university had me download a file from their SDS server. How do I get the license I need to actually run the software? The university site says to just enter my student credentials, but it does not tell me where or how. I set up a basic account using my student email, but that does not seem to help. What should I be doing in order to actually use the software? Did I miss an email with the license number or am I missing a page somewhere on this website? I have the installation wizard installed, but cannot run it without the license.
