When I opened Creo for the first time, it looked like this: http://i.imgur.com/UoMXX.png

Everything is completely upside down. I have no idea what's going on. Can anyone please help me?

    Hi Gregory,

Save the file (config.pro) to your desktop. Once save then drag the config.pro file from the desktop to C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo 2.0\Common Files\M020\text\.

You will be prompted to replace the file. replace it.

    That will do the trick.

    Hi Gregory,

Can you let me know if you running Creo on windows via Bootcamp or Parallel on a MAC? I have seen this before. The issue is a graphics problem where it is not be translated properly via bootcamp.

    Can you try the following:

    • Open C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo 2.0\Common Files\M020\text\config.pro
    • Add the following line -

    graphics win32_gdi

    • Save the file
    • restart Creo

    Did this fix the issue?

    Thanks,

    Mark

I am on a Mac but in Parallels.

It is not giving me permission to save the file with this added line. How can I work around this?

Thank you for your help so far.
