Creo 3.0 Student Version, Error 0x6000012

Hi, I installed Creo 3.0 student version, however when I open Creo parametric I have an error report: 0x6000012 which then proceeds to shut down the program. Please help me to solve this problem. Thanks.

    I to had this problem. I solved it by reinstalling all the software twice. Unfortunately, I get a blue screen after acknowledging the script errors at start.

    Running on a:

    Surface Pro 2

    Win 10 Creators Update (1703)

    2.3 Ghz i5-4200U

    4Gb ram

    x64 system
