Creo 3.0 license request failed for feature

I am not able to open Creo Parametric 3.0.  I have donwloaded on two computers and I have the same error message on both. I have attatched a file with the screen shot errors. One says license request failed for feature and the other says Creo Parametric was not closed properly and is unable to recover any unsaved data from the last session.

Hi,

 

1.] Delete the contents of directory.png directory.

 

2.] I do not know what is wrong with license file license_file.png, because I can't see its contents.

Hello,

 

I am having a similar issue with 3.0 however, I am unable to find a license for 3.0. There seems to only be a license for 4.0 and I am having the same error message.

Hi,

 

Creo 4.0 license enables you to launch Creo 3.0, too.

 

If Creo is not installed on a computer, its user can:

  • download and install Creo 4.0 using Product Code
  • Note: when Creo 4.0 installation is finished, user can see license file in C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory
  • download and install Creo 3.0 using license file mentioned in previous bullet
