Creo 3 M110 does not generate new license files

It appears that the new M110 Creo 3 educational date code does not generate new license files upon installation.  This makes new installs impossible, and only allows installations when upgrading from older date codes.  No files created in C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing as indicated in the instructions.

      Rob, can you add more details? I have personally I stalled this on over 10 different machines without any issues.
