Creo 4 Product codes

Hi

Have tried registering online for Creo 4.0 for a premium licence. Have done this a number of times and to differnet emails but no response.

Also on previous versions as a Creo UK Trainer I used to be sent an excel document of codes that could be given to pupils to install the software at home.

Using their own PTC account is this still possible.
