Creo Bug?

Hello, we are a FIRST robotics team and are having some trouble with Creo. Every time a particular user tries to open an assembly from a USB card Creo crashes. We tried opening it on 3 different computers with the same result. One computer did work, but we have another user on that machine. We have also tried this on two different USB cards. Any Ideas?

    The .prt files that the .asm references can open. just not the .asm

    Did you try saving files to your hard drive first?

    Are there smaller sub-assemblies you can try opening first?

    is there anybody that may have opened it in the corporate release of Creo?
