Creo Parametric 3.0 won't recognize my student liscence.

I am trying to run Parametric 3.0 on my computer. For some reason the software doesn't recognize my student license and boots me off every time I open the software. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the software o no avail. Any advice would be appreciated.
