Creo Parametric 5.0 not included

Dear support team, dear community,

I recently registered to install PTC Creo on a new device. Although I was able to install Mathcad, Creo Direct etc. I was not able to install Creo Parametric 5.0, which I will need most for my work. What could I do to add it? Thanksalot in advance.
