Creo Parametric 7.0 Quality Agent issue

the software is shutting down as soon it is opened stating" unable to run Quality Agent"

Hi @KG_10732389,

 

  1. Uninstall PTC Quality Agent from Control Panel
  2. Re-install the PTC Quality Agent using the qualityagent_32.msi / qualityagent_64.msi file from the install / addon location in the downloaded cd image

please use community search tool ... search for string Quality Agent.
