Creo Parametric is not running

I have installed creo version 10. After successfully installation of the Creo parametric . It is not running. When i start run its just open and then close without any warning. Then i also tried to install other versions & then i get the same problem.

please publish hardware specification of you computer + operating system version.

Processor. - i5
RAM - 12 GB
OS - 64-bit

Graphic card - Integrated 2GB graphic card(I don't have knowledge of graphic card)
Windows 11
After installation i click on the icon of Creo parametric with right button and then Run with left button.
