Creo Problem

I have a student who installed Creo 2.0 Student edition. When she goes to open Parmetric her computer tells her that Creo stopped working. Any idea what is going on there?

    Ann,

    My recommendation would be to uninstall Creo and to install it again. During the re-install make sure that all anti-virus and anti-spyware programs are disabled. That often causes a problem like this.
