Creo help 2.0 not working ??

Hi all !

Creo help 2.0 not working in my creo 2.0 student edition !

I get an message error in french ?

Impossible to find the media containing the required page.

and

You must install Creo Help Center to be able to reach its contents on another volume.

I try reinstall help center via the creo installation, with not succes!
Please help me fix this problem,

    Hello

    The Creo 2.0 Help Center by default connects online to the PTC website for the help files.

    The alternative to this is to install the Creo 2.0 Help Center locally which requires different installation media from the Creo 2.0 applications themselves. This media is only available if you have the physical DVD set.

    If you need this please submit a support request at http://www.ptc.com/appserver/wcms/forms/index.jsp?&im_dbkey=142574&im_language=en

    If you are able to reach certain help pages but not this one in particular please submit a support request verifying that and the location of the page you were trying to reach.

    Hi Jason,

    The creo 2.0 help seem to connect to a localhost adress not the the PTC website...

    i have:

    http://localhost:62960/etc.....

    I have the download version of creo 2.0, no DVD ;-(

    I'm looking for more info on Freestyle, i try the internet for more info tutoriel,

    if i find none i will submit a support request.....

    Btw download version of the creo 2.o help should be good idea ;-))
