Keep getting promo stuff about Creo4. Will there be an academic version? Anyone tried the demo?

I asked the same question just before Christmas and was told there would be a free version for schools but no release date at that time.

If it released like it has in the past the student or academic versions are released 2-4 months after the commercial release.

Hi Peter,

Except the fact that it will only work on 64 bit Windows, I am not aware of any other special requirements... It may also need min 8 GB Ram instead of 4 GB Ram on Creo 3.0...
