Does the Windchill PDMLink funcitonality "download documents to compressed file" supports the following challenge?
- 100 x MS Word documents need to be saved as 100 pdf files and then zipped as 1 file.
Download Documents to Compressed File is used to download mulitple documents to a single ZIP file. It does not have a means of converting all the files from source to PDF as part of the process. You would have to convert the files on your own and then ZIP.
Important to note this feature only works for documents, not CAD.
