Error by downloading CREO for students

Hello. I am a brazilian student at Unicamp University and tried to download the CREO University Student but as I go to this link https://support.ptc.com/appserver/auth/it/esd/academicFree.jsp and click on the option "CREO 7.0 Win 64 DVD Download Manager", the following message appears: Invalid URL
The requested URL "[no URL]", is invalid.

How could I solve it and install the student version of CREO on my computer?
