Error in CREO setup

Hello!

 

I've been using creo student on my computer for a couple of years but I had de format de pc. Now I'm trying to reinstall the program but I'm getting an error when applying the license code, and I'm not receiving any email with de license file.

Can someone help me?

Please use this code: 

BE900908EDSTUDENTEDK12

The Student code you are using is only for one installation each year, so once you licensed a computer your account is blocked for about one year.
