Hello,
I am installing ptc creo 8 for education on my windows 11 laptop when trying to enter the Node locked License (step 3 of installing) after logging into my account, it keeps just saying Processing is ongoing and then just error. I disabled all my firewall and my virus detection. I followed every step on the instruction opening it the proper way.
Does anybody know what my mistake is and help me fix it ?
