How to extend CREO 7 Student trial version

Dear Sirs,
I had a version of Creo 7 student version (finished on the 22nd January 2022). I read on the internet that this can be extended so I tried to renew license with the same username and password as I used to log on here , but it didn't work. Any thoughts on this on how to extend etc This would be appreciated.

Hi, Thanks for your reply , here's the screenshot. After entering the details of username and password I get this message as below.

which says "customer not verfied"
