How to get License file

HI there,

I have downloaded Creo 3.0 several times now to try and get it to run! I cannot get the license to run without an error and have realised the BK400407EDSTUDENTUNICL simple entry apparently doesnt work. I have read that the fix is to use the license sent by email - however no matter what I do I don't seem to be getting the email! I just get an email if I download Creo 2.0 - which isn't compatible! Any ideas?
