How to install mechanica module?

I have Pro/E Wildfire 4.0 student edition installed and working but the mechanica application does not show up. How do I install the mechanica application.

    Jonathan, Pro/MECHANICA is an optional feature that must also be installed. To do so, run SETUP.EXE from CD1, this will open the PTC.Setup dialog box. From there, you can select Pro/MECHANICA to be installed. See the attached image. Let me know if you have any problems. Regards, Adam Haas PTC Education Programs -

    Hi Jonathan, I am sorry for the confusion. The edition you are attempting to install is the Pro/ENGINEER Schools Edition. This is the free offering that we provide secondary schools and college/university students. This edition does not include Mechanica. Here is the list of modules included in the Schools Edition - http://www.ptc.com/appserver/wcms/standards/textoimgothumb.jsp?&im_dbkey=36262&icg_dbkey=841 If you are interested in Mechanica, then I would recommend looking at the Pro/ENGINEER Student Edition. While there is a nominal fee for the edition, it is a perpetual license and contains additional functionality.
