I can't open a new file on creo parametric 3.0

Hello, I'd like to ask help, because, when I'm trying to create a new file ( manufacturing) on creo parametric 3.0, nothing happens. The screen spend all over the time completely white.

Hi,

when Creo window is white after creation of new object, then you can try adding following option into config.pro file.

graphics win32_gdi

  • use Notepad to add the option at the end of config.pro file
  • restart Creo
