IFX not loading + can not open new piece

Hi guys

i need help , i've an IFX issue: IFX is not loading .

And when i try to start a new piece i can't because of this window is poping all time. 

PLS i really need help guys

Hi 

I can't tell you more because this issue is new for me. 

The error message is appearing when i start Creo PTC 10.0. 

And when i want to start a new piece, i can't open because when i choose the units the window is reappearing and then i can't do anything.
