Hi,

I have a problem with license identification. Is my product code incorrect BK400407EDSTUDENTUNICL, please advise.

    Hi,

    Product code BK400407EDSTUDENTUNICL is valid according to Re: Creo 3.0 student edition license expired, Product code Re-Licensing doesn't work discussion.

    Please check what files are saved in C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory
