Hello, I am having a problem installing the PTC I believe 10 program. I have purchased the premium student license with my university's discount. But when I entered the license in the installer, no program to download appears. What should I do?

use https://support.ptc.com/appserver/auth/it/esd/academicFree.jsp link to download installation zip file.

Use installation procedure described in https://apps.ptc.com/schools/references/install_creo10_unistudent_standard.pdf document. Use your own Product code.
