Labview diagram creation API

Hello Folks,

I need to drive a testbench with LabView. The test scenarios are written in a language that can be automatically translated into Labview diagrams.

Is this an API that allows creating "Labview diagrams" from another software ? or with Labview itself?

Help me out on this!
