Licence Expiry

Hi All,

Our licence pack appears to have expired for our Creo 2 schools software program.

The LMTools diagnostic report is as follows:

This license cannot be checked out because:

Feature has expired.

Feature:       CREOPMA_Academic2

Expire date:   09-may-2015

License path:  C:\Program Files\flexnet\licensing\license.dat;

FLEXnet Licensing error:-10,32

How do we go about a new licence for our school server.

      ‌Hi Paul, request a new license file through Creo Academic support page.  Give them the MAC and they will do that for you.  You could even attach a copy of the old file.
