License Field is Grayed Out when Installing Creo 3.0

Pretty much this. I got a PDF with a license code, but it won't let me enter it. What do I do?

Hi Mark,

This often happens because your antivirus software or firewall is blocking the installer. Try turning those off before installing and see if that makes a difference.
