Licensing Error Creo 3.0

I downloaded Creo 3.0 on to my desktop. The first time i accidentally clicked skip licensing so obviously the program wouldnt work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program 3 times and it keeps giving me a licensing error. I downloaded the same program on to my older laptop (got the licensing right, using same account) and it works fine. Any suggestions?

Hi,

 

please provide detailed information. Saying "it does not work, please help" does not make any sense.

 

  • what Product Code you entered during installation
  • did you receive license file via email
  • check contents of C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory ... what license file does it contain
  • attach picture of licensing error
