Mathcad Prime 8 does NOT open anymore (student edition)

Hello,

I bought the student version of Mathcad prime 8 in April 2022. I have been using it for a couple of months without any issues. Recently, the program does not open anymore. Also my Mathcad file do not open either. I tried to uninstall it and reinstall it again but it did not work. Can someone help me fix this problem please?!

I am using Windows 10 (64bit). My license is one year and has not expired.

I just deleted the config file in that directory and Mathcad recreated it and it is working fine now.

The same issue affected me with the full version of Mathcad Prime 8 on Windows 10 20H2.  This solution worked, too.
