Not received the product license key for the Educational version

Hi

I have registered for CREO 8.0 and was directed to download the Creo 8.0. For installation, a message flashed that in 1-2 days, I will get the product key for education version but I have not received the same.
Kindly do the needful

K-12 students can use Product code BE800908EDSTUDENTEDK12
University students can use Product code BK800908EDSTUDENTEDUNI
