PTC Creo Student 8.0 license activation error

I am attempting to download the program, but I have no email with the license access pack that will allow for me to run the program. Is there any way for me to access the license or be sent the license pack?

did you follow https://apps.ptc.com/schools/references/install_creo8_schools_standard.pdf -OR- https://apps.ptc.com/schools/references/install_creo8_unistudent_standard.pdf ?

    I have tried both, neither is allowing me to run with a license I just get a message saying it isn't valid for the software.

    Hi,

    please upload files located in C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory.

     

    What language version of Windows do you use ? I mean the language used in user interface.

     

    Please open Command prompt window, launch ipconfig  /all  > ip.txt command and upload ip.txt file.
