Basically, there is no one.
Since PTC had the bright idea of making Tim redundant, we are basically on our own.
There is a guy we can contact in the states, but as there is a 7 hour time difference, it's not exactly useful.
I think we need to raise this issue with PTC as trainers and teachers.
Tim did a fantastic job and was always available on the phone to sort out all sorts of problems or give advice.
What they have done just does not make sense.
They have handed the initiative to rival products.
