PrecisionLMS installation is not working after installation

Hello All,

I downloaded and installed PrecisionLMS from our PTC support portal. Installation is done as per the documentation. But after installation, when tried to browse for completing configuration, I am getting an error. /precisionlms is throwing error when /precisionlmshelp works fine. See screenshot below. Am I missing something?!
