Problem with Creo 2.0 Student - Quality Assistant

Hi,

I've Creo 2.0 Student Version and wanted to install it.

At installation allthing runs well. All OK.

But if I start Creo 2.0 Parametric then there comes an errormessage: "Could not start the quality assistant. Errorcode: 0x5".

I'm from germany so my error looks like the picture.

What should I do?

    Hello,

    You will need to reinstall the software. First turn off your firewall and antivirus software, as they could stop the installation of some libraries. Go to Control Panel and uninstall all Creo components including "PTC Quality Agent" . Run the installation again. Make sure that you run the setup.exe file As An Administrator.
