Problems Opening Creo CAD Files

I'm the main CAD designer for my FTC team, Fireworks. I recently switched to PTC from Autodesk and followed the download instructions exactly step by step. However, when I tried to open a saved assembly, it wasn't working and all the parts showed up in red. I also tried making a simulation but a window popped up saying I don't have a "PTC Simulate license" or something similar. Does anyone else have this problem, and how can I solve it?

Hi. The components listed in RED are not found by Creo. This means either you do not have them or they are located in a different folder on your computer. To simplify your CAD file management when not using Windchill, I would strongly suggest keeping ALL of your CAD files in a single folder. You can use the Thumbnail view and Dynmaic Preview to see them in Creo.

I'm not sure about the Simulate issue. You might want to add a question to the Academic Support Community descirbing the type and version of software you are using, the buttons you have picked and the resulting error message including any screen shots to help the team diagnose your issue.
